
Tiffany is a seasoned technology leader with 23 years of experience across multiple industries, including finance, retail, and food manufacturing. She began her 12-year career at Bank of America, transitioning from the business side to technology after six years. Tiffany then moved to Walmart’s Global Data Technology organization, where she led portfolio strategy, Data Governance and the transformation to Agile and Product. She continued her career at Lowe’s, overseeing cyber-security strategy, data governance, GRC and communications, while also championing women in technology through BRG and Women in Tech leadership roles. As Senior Director at Tyson Foods, Tiffany led IT applications, business engagement, and S4 & Product transformation teams, co-chairing the Women's Business Resource Group and leading Tyson’s Women in Technology group. Currently, Tiffany is the Head of Data Governance at Compass Digital, where she drives the transformation of enterprise data governance. A passionate advocate for women, she is also the founder and president of Women in Technology of Northwest Arkansas, a National non-profit, with chapters expanded all over the US, dedicated to empowering women in tech. Tiffany is an author, speaker, and advocate for change, using her strong people skills to inspire growth and leadership.

Bailey Vathy serves as the Founding President of Women+ in Technology of Southeast Louisiana, she launched this organization with a clear mission: to create space, support, and opportunity for women and girls in the tech field. After starting her career in technology recruiting, she quickly realized how underrepresented women were in the industry—and how much potential there was to change that. With a business background and a passion for digital innovation through her position at Get Online NOLA, she has seen firsthand how empowering women in tech leads to stronger teams, better ideas, and more inclusive communities. Through Women+ in Technology, she is committed to fostering mentorship, education, and leadership opportunities that help others grow and thrive in this ever-evolving field

Camryn Swedick is an Information Security Analyst at Lowe’s, handling graphic design and visual branding strategy for the information security department. Having relocated several times along the East Coast, Camryn has firmly settled in Charlotte, NC, aiming to advance her career within the tech industry.
Boasting a Strategic Communications degree from Liberty University and a certificate in Cybersecurity from UNC Charlotte, she has a passion for both technology and the arts and is consistently discovering creative ways to bridge the gap between the two areas.
To feed her passion for continuous education, she's also actively pursuing further certifications and higher education in both design and technology.
Beyond her professional and educational endeavors, Camryn is a big fan of the arts, particularly film. She finds peace in creative expression and has a deep passion for people and leadership. She is also often found experimenting with baking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her two cats.

Sishir Yerra Doddi is a Senior Governance Analyst at Tyson Foods. He came to the United States in 2014 to pursue higher education. Sishir earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, and his data manipulation experience at Bloomberg introduced him to the Tech world and motivated him to complete his Master's in Quantitative Finance. He enjoys grilling, swimming, and traveling and loves to meet new people. He is passionate about emerging technology, machine learning, and philanthropy. He is excited to provide tech support and contribute to the growth of Women in Technology in NWA.

Kati has been in the technology industry for 12 years. Her career has moved her all over the country, however, she is happy to raise her family in Fayetteville and call Northwest Arkansas home. She is married and raising 3 children in which she has become a master at multitasking. She has a huge passion for this area and want to see the success of not only the technology industry here but more importantly her fellow female colleagues.

Rachel Walker is a healthcare data and compliance professional at Sutherland Global, with nearly a decade of experience in medical coding, auditing, and provider documentation education. She currently leads high-impact coding and audit projects for LA County, supporting Medicare and Medicaid populations across diverse specialties in outpatient, surgical, and clinical facility settings.
Specializing in complex code auditing, continuity of care coding, and NCCI edit resolution, Rachel ensures services are accurately captured, compliantly reimbursed, and never lost in translation—particularly within high-volume, trauma-level, and underserved care environments. Her work bridges clinical documentation with payer expectations, protecting data integrity and reimbursement pathways.
Based in Rogers, Arkansas, and a proud mother to an 8-year-old daughter, Rachel brings equal parts precision and heart to everything she does. Crystal Wagner is wonderful member of our community, who has been a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. She is a loving and committed wife, mother of three amazing children, and enjoys playing with her two loyal dogs In her career, she has been contributing to the Walmart Aviation Department as an Aviation Specialist, where she displays remarkable skills by providing flight support, managing budgets, and handling technical support across the department. Her expertise and passion have helped to propel the department to new heights.

Addie is a Senior Marketing Strategist and brand architect who transforms marketing chaos into clarity. With 19+ years of experience spanning defense technology, economic development, and consumer retail, she's built her career solving complex problems to include brand strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence. As Marketing Director at Tactical Electronics, she spent over a decade building the company's marketing operations, developing B2B and B2C strategies that reached elite tactical operators and military communities worldwide. She then transitioned to mission driven economic development and served as the Director of Marketing for the in Tulsa Initiative at the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Addie led the marketing strategy for workforce development and economic growth initiatives, directed omnichannel campaigns, and managed a creative team. Today, Addie partners with brands as a strategic marketing consultant, delivering comprehensive marketing leadership that bridges strategy and execution. She specializes in repositioning brands, optimizing marketing tech stacks, building high-performing teams, and crafting campaigns that convert.

Sarah Wasylyszyn is a seasoned sourcing and procurement executive with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, managing strategic supplier partnerships, and driving enterprise transformation across the technology functions in large organizations. Currently serving as a leader within Compass Group’s Technology Division, Sarah manages the strategic development and execution of optimizing technology vendor relationships, mitigating risk, and aligning digital transformation initiatives with enterprise priorities. Sarah also oversees a high-performing team, fostering a people-centric culture of innovation and personal development.
Sarah brings a unique strength in building and nurturing strategic relationships—an asset that directly supports sponsorship efforts in the community. She currently leads Technology Strategy, Operations, and Technical Program Management for a Fortune 1 organization, where she has driven large-scale transformation initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, global workforce strategy, supply chain innovation, and emerging technologies. Beginning her career as a software engineer and later transitioning into management consulting, Anupriya has built a unique ability to bridge technology, business strategy, and human-centered design. A lifelong learner and intrapreneur at heart, Anupriya thrives on solving complex problems at the intersection of people and technology. She is particularly passionate about translating strategic vision into practical execution and aligning customer needs with innovation. At the core of her work is a deep belief that education is one of the most powerful economic levers for social mobility.
